With fours years of experience in various industries such as technology, consulting, and retail, I have increased my knowledge in enterprise risk and risk management, data analysis, project management, operations, communications, and strategy. At Deloitte, I worked for two Fortune 100 companies to: assess the finances of their partners, analyze product certifications, determine royalty rates, and understand the legal relationship between my client and their partners. At Meta, I have managed various teams within the Global Risk Operations org working on various projects. I have accomplished the following thus far: reduced the ability to view six violating key words on Facebook platform by at least 72% in five countries; implement and scale a new protocol to help reduce the cost of reviewing content; and successfully monitor and mitigate harm for two major elections.

 

Furthermore, I have served on three nonprofits and was notably the Vice President of the UC Berkeley Black Alumni Association for three years. During my time, I increased our membership by 46% and created a social event series. Now I serve on one nonprofit -- the Urban League of Greater San Francisco Bay Area -- as the Director of Communications & Young Professional Co-Chair.

 

The experience and knowledge I have gained, along with the people I've worked with has granted me comfortability in the presence of ambiguity and the unknown. I have strong flexible and am adaptable for fast-paced environments that require quick thinking and collaboration. Finally, my experience has also given me the ability to be a connector -- connecting ideas and people to generate efficient teams and effective solutions.
